Ryan Seacrest is a little scene-stealer in “Knocked Up,” in which he plays a diva-like version of himself, essentially.

Seacrest, playing himself, becomes ticked off on the set when Jessica Simpson throws off his busy schedule by arriving at her leisure for an interview.

He angrily suggests that maybe he’ll retaliate by asking for her thoughts on an “exit strategy” in the Middle East.

Ha! That’s awesome. I have to say that I had never really given him much thought except to mentally note that he seemed like a serious closet pocket-gay with a steady stream of nondescript beards. However, I must say that the man is definitely one of the hardest working dudes in Hollywood and it wasn’t until my good friend, Sarah McChesney, pointed out to me how funny yet subtle he is on “American Idol” that he actually started to grow on me.

But seriously, if you take a close look at Ryan in each of these pictures of him with his “date” as they’re leaving Mr. Chow, you can actually see the step-by-step process of him sashaying out the door. Ryan, your hips simply don’t lie.
