I love Salma Hayek and her bosoms of glory, but I think it’s fairly well documented that she’s gotten some enhancement in that department.
I also love Salma, and it has been fairly-well ALLEGED that she’s had some enhancement, it has never been DOCUMENTED. I never credit the haters, doubters or slammers.

Real rackage or not, she has a great bod and as far as the stretch marks go, that’s part of life. It also indicates an actual female body with curves and not the unexplainable trend, these days, of actresses with a beautiful face and the body of a 14 year old boy. Puh-lease! Go Salma! So what if she’s got stretch marks across her boobs…anyone who has gained weight in a particular area within a fairly quick timespan will get stretch marks. I call my boob stretch marks the “too big too soon”. I’m all natural and ballooned from 36B to 36D from the ages of 16-21. You may also find that some women (or men…haven’t really checked) have a couple of stretch marks near their hips. It happens…doesn’t necessarily mean it’s due to fake boobs.
However I have also heard the rumour that Salma got herself some implants before she was a big star in the U.S. I just wonder how she got that top button to close without having to wear a gawd awful minimizer bra!

There’s tons of “before” and “after” plastic surgery pictures of her boobs and nose. Maybe she needs to also thank Jesus for her nose while she’s thanking him for the fake boobs.
