Actually, those lovely, medium-length locks of hers just might be homegrown. Salma Hayek trimmed a few inches off her long, black hair and debuted her sleek, decidedly more aerodynamic hairdo on the red carpet for the Ein Herz fuer Kinder charity gala in Berlin, Germany.

Proving the old adage that less is more, Salma’s shorter do–combined with her teal strapless dress–is proving that her flawless decolletage is the real star of the show. All the better to showcase her silver, serpent amulet necklace.
