Janine Lindemulder, the ex-wife of Jesse James and the mother of his 5-year-old daughter, Sunny, has lost a key custody case against her ex-husband and his wife, Sandra Bullock. Her attempt to obtain “expanded visitation rights” was denied in a California court.
Us Weekly reports that Lindemulder’s weekly visitations have been restricted to daylight hours. Since January, Sunny has been living with Bullock in James, while Janine served time in prison for tax evasion.
In legal documents filed for the case, James expressed his fears that if his ex-wife gained custody, she would expose their child to an environment he considered dangerous. However, the adult actress was able to obtain an overnight visit with her daughter on Christmas Eve.
That should be plenty of time for them to go out and Mommy and Me, holiday-themed matching tattoos. Good times!
