Sarah Michelle Gellar and her husband Freddie Prinze Jr have confirmed the happy news that they are expecting their second baby.

“She and Freddie are thrilled,” a source close to Michelle told People. “They love their little girl more than anything in the whole world and know that love will only multiply. She is such a fantastic mom; it is just great news.”

Sarah and Freddie, 36, are already parents to two-year-old Charlotte Grace, who was born in September 2009. The couple – who married in 2002 – waited seven years before welcoming their little girl.

Speaking shortly after Charlotte’s birth, Sarah said: “You need to be at a point in your life where you can give up anything and everything for a child. Every day I look at her and I am in awe.”
