Jennifer Hudson may be the true star of “Dreamgirls,” but Beyonce was the star of the red carpet at the film’s premiere in New York City.

There might have been a little dress hiccup on her way in…

But Beyonce Knowles managed to pull it all together and dazzle the fans and press alike at the NY premiere of her latest film, Dreamgirls. The sexy singer made a solo entrance on the red carpet, while boyf Jay-Z slipped in the back so as not to steal B’s limelight.

And Beyonce and her co-stars proved just what Dreamgirls they are. In their gorgeous gowns they worked the crowd, posing and pouting for all their worth.

And there were plenty of other big names out in the Big Apple. Jamie Foxx and Danny Glover were also on hand to promote their film, as was Eddie Murphy with a new flame on his arm (NB. Not Mel B, people).
