Scott Ruffalo Shooting Suspect Cleared And Released

December 10th, 2008 // 7 Comments

Shaha Mishaal Adham, the former prime suspect in the shooting death of Mark Ruffalo‘s brother Scott, has been cleared of any wrongdoing and released by the Beverly Hills police department around midnight last night.

It has been determined that Ruffalo accidentally shot himself while
playing Russian roulette under the influence of a controlled suspect.
Adham, who had arrived at Ruffalo’s Beverly Hills apartment to retrieve a Land Rover
she had loaned to him, witnessed the gun go off and fled the scene.

“This was an accidental shooting by someone that plays with guns,” Adham’s attorney stated. “A series of wrong decisions, starting with her not staying at the
scene of the shooting, caused an incredible chain reaction of stupidity
and bad luck.”

Ruffalo’s family has released a statement.

“Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of
prayers and support during this most difficult time of the passing of
Scott Ruffalo, beloved son, brother and husband,” the statement read.

Sorry to be the grammar nerd here, but “under the influence of a controlled suspect” isn’t quite right.

He was under the influence of a “controlled suspect”? Shouldn’t that be “Controlled SUBSTANCE”?

Was he a Christian? He’s wearing a cross.

The actor practices a Jewish offshoot religion.

Or did Scott wear the cross for the fun of it?
