Selena Gomez revealed to Ryan Seacrest that her world tour this summer will feature some extra special covers: a Britney Spears medley!

“I’m going to do different covers and I just want it to be really fun,” Gomez said. “We’re going to do a Britney tribute – a mash-up – so I’m very excited!”

Gomez said Spears (pictured making nice with the ex again at her son’s little league game on Sunday) is one of her idols: the first album Gomez bought was Baby One More Time and her first concert was a Britney show.

“We were in the nosebleeds with my cousin,” she said. “I got the T-shirt and glowstick and I just remember it being the highlight of my life! I felt like I was on cloud nine!”

And in keeping with her idol, Gomez said the feel of the show will be, “like a big rave – a G-rated rave! I want it to feel like a party.” Oh yes, that’s a Britney in the making…
