Shemar enjoyed swigs from what looked to be a Patron tequila bottle from time to time followed by a dip in the ocean.

The actor has launched a lawsuit against a driver who allegedly crashed into him in 2009. Two years ago he was rushed to hospital with a broken leg after a vehicle knocked him off his bicycle in Los Angeles.
On Thursday (May 19), Moore filed legal papers at Los Angeles Superior Court claiming driver Phillip Randall drove into him from behind after failing to give way. The actor is seeking to be reimbursed for medical bills, his smashed up bike, as well as the loss of past and future income as a result of the collision.

Yes, he should sue. People are always sueing people, especially when it is realize the person being sued is a celebrity. Sometimes people are not even injured and they sue for some ridiculous amount. It is refreshing to see the shoe on the other foot .
