Shia LaBeouf just seems to be the kind of guy who really likes to date his co-stars. This is no exception this time around with the film Money Never Sleeps, as Shia is now reportedly dating co-star Carey Mulligan. If you don’t know Carey just get, you will soon. Money Never Sleeps is just one a long list of movies she’s got lined up. Or if you do recognize her, it might be from her role as Kitty Bennet in the latest Pride & Prejudice.

Shia and Carey were seen walking around New York and enjoyed a quite lunch at a cafe in Greenwich Village. One witness told People, “They seemed very, very happy. They were talking, laughing and smiling and seemed very close.”

So what else do we know about this Carey Mulligan? Is she good enough for our charity god? I think she’s quite lovely, but you have to decide for yourself. Carey decided she wanted to act when she was a little girl living in Dusseldorf, Germany, and saw her brother in a production of The King and I. ” My mother and I went to watch the rehearsals, and I burst into tears because I wasn’t in it so the director let me in.”

After she finished school she applied to three drama schools, but sadly was not accepted at any. She then began to work at pub as a barmaid before finally getting her break in 2005′s Pride & Prejudice. Since then she’s been steadily working and apart from her flick with Shia she was recently in Public Enemies will be seen in next years An Education along with The Greatest and Brothers.
