More information is trickling in (from TMZ, of course) about Shia Labeouf‘s accident and DUI arrest that took place early Sunday morning.
According a witness (how do they find these people?), they heard a startling crash at about 2:45 a.m. and the sound of Labeouf’s truck flipping.
Shia’s passenger was a female and according to the witness, all drivers and passengers were clear of the vehicles in little time. Nobody was yelling or arguing while they waited for the ambulances, cops and fire truck to arrive.

thats HIS truck? wtf! no tricked out wheel or rims or whatever….i bet this cheapskate has roll down windows too…… disappointing
