You would think that Sienna Miller would know that you’re supposed to do a self breast exam without a top on.

Miller shows off her growing baby bump in a striped shirt while filming an advertisement for Amorepacific (a Korea-based company for beauty and skincare products) on Primrose Hill high-street today.

Sienna is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tom Sturridge, who she’s been dating for over a year.

She sparked rumors the pair are also engaged when she flashed two rings on her engagement finger on the set of her new film, A Case Of You in Brooklyn, last month.
