Rumor has it that Russell Crowe is being all kinds of difficult to work with on the Robin Hood film Nottingham. First, it was being said that Russell was trying to get director Ridley Scott fired and now, it sounds like he’s trying to do the same with co-star Sienna Miller. And all of this while the film is still in pre-production.
Miller was cast as Maid Marian, but since Crowe is still carrying the weight he gained for Body of Lies “the love scenes between him and Sienna would have been laughable,” the source revealed to Page Six. Now, an older, thicker actress is being sought for the role.
Granted, Russell’s probably just living up to his reputation for being a big ol’ diva, but this is Sienna Miller getting shafted so…why not?

I don’t believe the story. Truth is, I don’t think she was ever a solid choice. And Russell has been working out and getting fit, so it sounds to me like the “source” is Sienna PR trying to beat the “dropped” story to the punch. It’s like the story of her being booted out of Sherlock once Jude was on board, but you tell me….would Rachel McAdams and Kelli Reilly seem like second string material to you, behind Sienna? I don’t think so. This girl needs to fire her PR and get something legitimate going with her acting (like learning how), instead of making a tabloid name for herself, or she’s over and done, if she’s not already.
