Plucky British actress and sometimes topless boat captain Sienna Miller is suing some photo agencies and British tabloids that ran the pictures of her on her Italian vacation with Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty.
Seriously, if a woman who makes her money by marketing her image on the big screen can’t expect to go topless out in the outdoors with her married (but separated) actor boyfriend without some kind of privacy, well, then what kind of world are we living in?

she was out in PUBLIC in most of those pictures (and standing at the window, and on her balcony, IN PLAIN SIGHT in others), so how is it an invasion of privacy?
This is as bad as Getty’s statement basically blaming the photogs for causing his family pain and embarrassment instead of looking to HIMSELF.

Sienna Miller is playing the VICTIM card and not accepting the fact that she is WRONG to have affairs with married men. Sienna needs some MAJOR help. I can’t imagine how embarrassing it was for Rosetta to see the pictures, but she should hold her head up because there aren’t any topless photos of her for the ENTIRE world to see, plus no one’s bashing her entegrity either.

I love how everyone just puts everything off on Sienna. Balthazar Getty was there, too, and no one forced him to jump into her arms or leave his wife. I’m not saying I’m not bothered by her behavior, but seriously, people, it takes two. She’s not the only one who is in the wrong here.
