Oh wow, it’s dangerous to be at a party with Snooki. This is much worse than a roof caving in, though, this is really sad.

In 2004 Snooki was charged in connection to a drunk driving death of a teenager named Michael Truncali. Snooks threw a party the night before Thanksgiving at her mother’s house and sold alcohol there. Her mother was present at the party and there were reportedly adults and minors drinking together. After Truncall left her bash he crashed his car and died with a blood-alcohol level that was twice the legal limit. Snooki, who was 17 at the time, was charged with prohibited sales of alcoholic beverages.
