She has had a change of heart and doesn’t want the case to proceed. However detectives are still building their case based on what she originally
told them and accounts of witnesses.”
It’s possible with the amount of evidence — which was rumored to be insufficient — there might be enough to convict Chris without Rihanna’s help.

What a hopeless scenario, and does she really not want to testify or did Brown threaten her? Considering the typical mentality of these abusive relationships I’d say the latter.
*sigh* Come on Ri Ri, you’ve gotta stick up for yourself and show him that no matter what he does or says there is no going back. Once someone beats you there is no going back.
