Sofia Vergara: a funny, successful, (and gorgeous might I add) Colombian actress and co-star on ABC’s Modern Family. Nick Loeb: a hunky millionaire from New York. Match made in heaven, right?

Perhaps. Either way, according to Radar Online, Vergara has placed a prenup between the two lovebirds stating that $10 million will go her way if she catches him cheating on her. Eh, $10 million, big deal.

Hope this doesn’t end up like other prenups we know of (Hint hint: Kim Kardashian‘s and Kris Humphries‘).
