Dear bombshell Gods, when I grow up – I want to be Sofia Vergara.

Receiving a Golden Globe nomination for her supporting role in Modern Family, Vergara showed up in abundance wearing a Vera Wang peacock strapless mermaid gown at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards. A pieced knife-pleated bodice and swirling sheared bias flange skirt detail hugged every ample curve of that dangerously voluptuous body.

To think she even considered a breast reduction early on in her career! Blasphemy!

Though we love her for every funny face as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on Modern Family, which is also nominated for Best Television Series, nothing can take away from this jaw-dropping gown!
