He’s an idiot at best, ignorant and racist at worst. He told mtv that it didn’t matter that the cast of Avatar: the last airbender was so very very white because, hey, “I think it’s one of those things where I pull my hair up, shave the sides, and I definitely need a tan,” he said of the transformation he’ll go through to look more like Sokka. That’s a direct quote. He’s an ass at the very least to be so dismissive of the massive whitewashing of the movie he’s involved with.

Jackson is an amazing actor! He has done many different things, many different types of characters. He is dedicated to his craft and does what he has to to do the best possible job. I dont feel that he is a racist just because a movie he was cast in is all white. Thats not his fault, its the casting director. They obviously picked who would be best in the parts…get over it!

there wasnt one racist comment in his quote. all he was saying is that he didnt notice, he doesnt pick whos in the movie, its just a job. dont make such a big deal out of nothing. that very ignorant to judge someone when you dont even know them and to just look them up to write incorrect and such rude comments. hes a very sweet guy, i met him and he was nothing but nice and funny.

He has always been one of my favorites, Rob first then Jackson. He is a beautiful man. I would take him home in a minute. I am going to meet him and a few others in August at the Twilight convention here in Jersey, I cant wait!
