Getting a suspicion of DUI charge has done little to dampen Stephanie Pratt‘s spirits, as she tries to pop wheelies while riding her bicycle though the streets of Santa Monica.

The reality TV starlet’s two breathalyzer tests taken by police over the weekend resulted in a .08 and .09, with Pratt just barely over the .08 limit. As a result, the super-tan star of The Hills was arrested and held on $5,000 bail.

While Pratt is looking at a possible $1,000 and six months on jail if she’s convicted, she seems to be taking her legal difficulties in stride. She’d probably be more upset if she discovered she had to get a real job to live. Then we’d see some real depression.
