The Fleetwood Mac singer who has battled addiction and weight gain is triumphant after dropping 60 pounds using a special exercise device.
Stevie Nicks credits her Power Plate, which she claims she uses 13 minutes every other day, for helping her whittle down to a size 8.
Nicks told People magazine, “When I gained my [first] 30 lbs., it was because I went on tranquilizers for eight years. I don’t blame myself for that.” Meanwhile, I’m still stuck on her losing so much weight by doing something for 13 minutes every other day. That sounds kind of made up.

Um, I don’t think she even HAD 60 pounds to lose. Seems like a bit of an exaggeration to me. She looks great now though! :)

Wait – she doesn’t blame herself for using and getting addicted to tranquilizers? Um, Stevie….who else is there to blame?

She was forced by the people around here to go to a doctor after completing rehab for coke. He put her on the tranquilizers and said she needed them if she was going to stay off coke. She finally got rid of the doctor and the people managing her career and know seems to be doing great. She never said the coke was not her fault. You need to read the whole interview.
