Suspect Claims Ruffalo’s Brother Died From Russian Roulette

December 9th, 2008 // 1 Comment

The lawyer for murder suspect Shaha Mishaal Adham told the New York Daily News that Mark Ruffalo‘s brother Scott Ruffalo died after an unsuccessful bout of Russian Roulette while under the influence of controlled substances.

Ronald Richards informed the paper, “I can confirm that my client was present when Mr. Ruffalo shot himself. She was picking up some keys.”

Richards continued by saying that Scott frequently used cocaine and that Adham had nothing to do with his death. She was brought into custody after the Beverly Hills Police Dept. saw her on surveillance video leaving with Brian Scofield from Ruffalo’s condo.
