The terrifying Brigitte Nielsen has checked into rehab. Nielsen, who’s career lately has been relegated to reality tv show hell, hasn’t stated what she’s in for via her rep.
“I wish her the best of luck,” Nielsen’s pal and manager Steven Tempone told CelebTV.com, which reported that her facility of choice is in North Hollywood. “She has been a dear friend of mine for over 20 years. This was a decision she made on her own, and I love her and I am glad she’s getting help.”
Nielsen has recently been Flavor Flav’s sideline ho, and a favorite on “The Surreal Life”, where she has inexplicable temper tantrums and looks like your alcoholic lesbian aunt who used to be an aerobics instructor. Except she’s Danish or something.

Interesting…Brigitte was on the Italian version of Celebrity Mole a couple of years ago when she dumped her fourth husband on the air. Since then she’s been living in Italy on and off. Last year she even got married to a guy from Sardinia 15 years her junior and about a foot shorter then her (they keep making TV appearances over here telling the whole world how much they love each other). I don’t get where Flavor Flav stands in all this mess.
Love her or hate her, she is a strangely endearing person…..and she is not one of the run-of-the-mill Hollywood phonies. Refreshing! Same goes for Flav.
