We gals need a little change after a break-up, so it’s no wonder Taylor Swift is looking to shake things up on the red carpet.

Back in January, Swift looked amazing in a plunging white Ralph Lauren gown at the People’s Choice Awards , and last night she did it again at the 40 Principales Awards in Madrid, Spain.

Tonight was my first time at the 40 Principales Awards in Madrid and it was amazing! Thanks to the fans for the International Artist Award:)

So who designed her uber-sexy outfit last night? 

Posing in a white KaufmanFranco mini (notice the sheer paneling.  Ow OW!) and uber-sexy Christian Louboutins at the Palacio de los Deportes, Swift picked up the Best International Artist Award, but – according to the Daily Mail - did not perform.
