Gossip Girl here. Haha. Always wanted to do that. Anyway, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen performed with her band The Pretty Reckless last night at The Music Box, and boy did she deliver.
They may not have a record out yet, it’s coming Fall 2009, but The Pretty Reckless already has a pretty devoted fan base who come for the music. And these fans don’t focus on little Jenny Humphrey, the focus on Taylor Momsen, front woman extraordinaire.
Check out photos from The Pretty Reckless’ performance. I’m loving the outfit. It’s like chic-rockstar. The racoon eyes are the only the thing that still annoy me, but it’s all good.

I find it very hard to believe she can actually carry a tune. Did you hear her sing in “How the Grinch Stole Christmas?” Ewww.

Wasn’t she only about 7 in ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’? Your voice changes as you get older. She’s no Karen Lee Orzo?ek but she might not be that bad.
