Gossip Girl actress and aspiring-and-somewhat-disgruntled rock star, Taylor Momsen, lamented to Seventeen magazine recently, “I get such a bad rap for being like Lindsay Lohan.”

According to the fishnet-loving 16-year-old, the only thing those two have in common is a penchant for way too much eyeliner. Momsen explains, “I hate naming names because she’s really sweet–and I’m really not. I don’t go out. I have no desire to be some tabloid party girl.”

Her other issue? She claims “people don’t really take me seriously” despite her elderly soul. Outfits like this really aren’t helping her cause. To be fair, though, she’s already got a better resume than La Lohan.
