Dressed in a pair of stretchy black leggings, lace-up ankle boots, a black top and a vest, Taylor Momsen looks as if she could use a good overcoat.

The Gossip Girl star filmed scenes for her CW series with her on-screen love interest, played by Kevin Zegers. Momsen–who was hospitalized around this same time last year with a serious throat infection.

And this year, it looks as if the young starlet is fighting off the chilly New York weather, while trying to remain stylish at the same time. Someone needs to get this woman some fingerless gloves, STAT!
