It’s always ironic to me when incredibly mainstream actors get VIP entrance to Independent Film Events, or even perform at them, like Teri Hatcher did last night, but I guess this industry just can’t say no to a celebrity name and a pretty face.
In between performances by Taraji P. Henson, Christina Applegate, Rainn Wilson and Robin Hitchcock, the Desperate Housewife
took the stage (again) to perform a stripper parody, complete with a
whip and leather pants.
But putting aside the awkward display of her favorite fetish, Teri was a portrait of elegance. Wearing a black dress with a cut-out waist, she accessorized with a precious pink clutch that only slightly mismatched her peach satin heels.
More often than not, I’d say this woman can dress. So long as she keeps the fabric to a minimum.
