Disney announced that Desperate Housewives‘ Teri Hatcher will be the face of their new site, GetHatched.com. The site is geared towards women and will have an editorial spin, guided by Hatcher, a regular contributor to Newsweek and Glamour UK. Hatcher has also written an advice book, Burnt Toast And Other Philosophies Of Life.
Asidie from Hatcher’s point-of-view on (probably) everything, experts will weigh in on topics relevant to today’s woman. She’s even host a web series from her home titled In The House. Think of it as a talk show in a cozy setting, hosting everyone from celebrities to real people.
“I want to carry on an intimate conversation with people. There
will be no audience, no publicists. This is not about promoting
your next movie. It’s about having natural conversations.”
This is like a bad mix of Oprah, More and The View.
Hatcher was spotted on March 20th at the 24th Annual Genesis Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.
