Amanda Bynes has had quite a trying last few months.
Starting in March of this year, Bynes has run (or driven, rather) into an array of automobile-related legal troubles.
Her latest offence? The actress was photographed on Tuesday, September 11th smoking in her car from what appears to be a pipe of some kind, reports TMZ. This is after the confirmation that her license had been suspended the week before from 2 misdemeanor hit-and-run charges. If only this wasn’t preceded by more than a few driving infractions, all of which are, to say the least, considerably more serious than a simple slap on the wrist.
