Everybody and their brother–including the Jonas Brothers–showed up to the 2009 MTV Europe Awards dressed to the nines. Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas were decked out in their trademark shiny suits while the members of Tokio Hotel opted for a more ostentatious look, as did Pete Wentz with his “black eye.”

Hostess for the evening, Katy Perry looked elegant with her dark black locks swept back in a classic updo as she showed off her show-stopping figure in an elegant pale-pink and black gown.

Shakira and Joss Stone both opted for short, flirty frocks, with the Colombian pop star donning a sexy silver mini-dress and the British singer showing off some black knee-high boots with her blue toga dress.
