This is just horrifying! It is hard to even know what he had done – I guess his nose, but his face also looks so gaunt here and he looks about 40 years old! Yikes! Until I started reading this blogs I had no idea that stars had so much facial plastic surgery – implants yes – but all these nose jobs is really astonishing. I am feeling lots better about myself now because in my unaltered state I look pretty damn good considering!

Not plastic surgery—-he had his teeth fixed or veneered. back to his natural hair color with good teeth makes a huge difference!

OH COME ON…..HE WAS VERY YOUNG AND YOUNG MEN HAVE MORE OF A ELONGATED LOOK TO THEIR FACES NOT TO MENTION HE WAS ENTIRELY TOO THIN. HIS NOSE IS EXACTLY THE SAME…HE IS JUST A MAN NOW. MANHOOD PEOPLE….THAT IS THE CHANGE….AND IT APPEARS HE DID HAVE SOME DENTAL WORK DONE BIG DEAL. THE ONLY REASON HIS NOSE LOOKS DIFFERENT IS BECAUSE AGE FILLED HIS FACE OUT. SOMETIMES AGE IS A VERY, VERY GOOD THING. WAY TO MAN UP KU!!!!

Keith urban looks AMAZING! I think he should grow his hair out again, but thats just my opinion NOT necessarily a mullet but he should really grow it out again.
