We all know that a well groomed man is a sexy man. Some might say he is metro or even gay but to unfairly label someone with generic terms is so cliché. Men want to look their best just as much as women and with good reason too. With stars like Ashton Kutcher, Sean Combs and George Clooney influencing men’s fashions its no wonder men are becoming more “style” and “grooming” conscious!

According to Shoppingblog.com there is a new trend where men can go into a spa have a beer or a Grey Goose and tonic watch sports or Bloomberg television while having a facial or a pedicure! However, without feeling like a total “Alice,” a man can go into one of these man spas and say “I need a foot repair” (pedicure) or “Handshake Maintenance” as opposed to saying manicure. According to experts we are in the post-metrosexual era and I say thank God – I am glad that it is becoming acceptable for all men to feel as though they can maintain their appearance without being unfairly labeled and judged.

Places in New York and Chicago have sought changing their names to more masculine titles where men make up forty percent of the clientele. Providing a masculine atmosphere where a man can sit at a wood paneled bar or in a nice leather Italian chair smoking a cigar and watching baseball surrounded by rich mahogany décor feeling like they are the most important person in the room is an unbelievable concept! So ladies tell your men that regular grooming is just as important as maintenance on his seven series BMW.
