While the premiere of Will Smith’s new film “The Pursuit of Happiness” was suppose to be all about Will Smith, unfortunately, things didn’t turn out that way. Enter Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, along with new best friends Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.
When someone flies all the way to Rome to attend your multi-million dollar Scientology nuptials, the least you can do is attend their Westwood premiere, right?
That must be why Tom Cruise and his beaming bride Ka+ie Holmes – with NBCF (new best couple friends) Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony – were at Will Smith’s “The Pursuit of Happyness” premiere last night. This scary foursome has actually been double-dating and were spotted earlier this week at Wolfgang Puck’s steak house, Cut.
Rumors are swirling about a post-wedding party this weekend for the happy couple. Arnold Robinson, a Cruise spokesman, has confirmed that there will be a small, intimate cocktail party at Cruise’s longtime producing partner Paula Wagner and Rick Nicita’s house on Saturday for people who were unable to make it to the Italian gig. And will there be photos? “I really don”t know,” said Robinson.
