While the actual reason behind the split isn’t revealed, the FBI tapes will reveal a major scandal. Nicole Kidman was reportedly “terrified”, “distraught”, “upset”, “panicking”, “distressed”, “bracing herself”, “reliving her nightmare” and “concerned” about the tapes.
The cover of Woman’s Day features the headline “FBI Tapes Reveal Why Tom and Nicole Split”. Inside, below a blurry photo of said ex-couple looking fed up and daggily coiffured, is news of a tape “that reveals why Nic and Tom split”. Scandalous details are surely to follow.
It seems an American private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, has taped Kidman and Cruise having “very private and very intimate” phone conversations, possibly discussing “the reasons for their divorce”. Rousing stuff.
Then, while we’re still waiting to hear what made the pair split, WD delivers one almighty waffle about Kidman being “terrified”, “distraught”, “upset”, “panicking”, “distressed”, “bracing herself”, “reliving her nightmare” and “concerned” about the tapes. Must be really bad.
Mere sentences later, WD kicks us in our desperate guts with reports the tapes are so embarrassing, Kidman and Cruise “could retreat out of the Hollywood spotlight completely”.
What could be on those tapes? Is Tom gay (OF COURSE HE’S NOT!)? Could Nicole be a lesbian (OF COURSE SHE’S NOT!)? What do you think the big secret is?

Hey Daivd, I’ll tell you exactly why I can’t stand Tom Cruise. He’s a f*cking psycopath who spreads “the word” about a terrifying, life destroying cult. He pushes this cult’s beliefs and activly endorses it and tries to find new recruits for it. That’s why I hate his loopy ass. Anyone can see that TC is a either an undiagnosed Manic Depressive or a narcissist. And to make things worse he is putting two innocent children through this same mind control shit as well.
I fully believe TC is gay…but how has he been able to silence all of his conquests? Seems like after all of these years, someone would talk. They all signed totally restrictive confidentiality agreements?

not one of you has mentioned the TC/Penelope Cruz union. have you all forgotten? I loved NK and was glad when she escaped that marriage, but I did think TC moved on fairly quickly, if not BEFORE. I’m still on the fence about whether or not he’s gay. I remember seeing the special features for Vanilla Sky and watching TC sleeping very close to Penelope during promotion of the film and thinking…damn…the ink isn’t even dry yet!
I think whatever happened, TC was simply jealous of NK’s new fame (remember she was in a LOT of films around that time – The Hours, The Others, MR to name a few). He’s a kook.
Dude’s, Ewan McGRegor is D nice’s Most caring man whom loves his wife and children and would do nothing at all to hurt them, do actors/actresses need a reason for divorcing, NK had a misscarage, and maybe it wasnt tom’s but who are we to say if it is or if it isnt. honestly, get over it, and remember, Safe sex
