Dustin Diamond, the star of both “Saved by the Bell,” as well as his now infamous sex-tape, has always remained adamant that he had no intention of distributing the footage until it hit the Internet and he found himself helpless to stop it. However, Red Light District Video’s David Hans Schmidt says he’s sick of seeing Diamond playing innocent, claiming that Diamond was in on the deal from the start. Additionally, Schmidt has his doubts concerning the validity of Diamond’s “performance.” From the New York Daily News:

“I have reason to believe that is not Dustin’s [manhood] in the movie,” says the agent. “You never see his face and his [manhood] in the same shot. If, in fact, he used a body double, I’m going to sue him for defrauding me, Red Light and the American public.”

Diamond’s girlfriend, Jennifer Misner, questions whether that’s really his signature on the contract and claims Diamond gave in to Red Light because “there was no way to stop the tape once it hit the Internet.” Misner, who isn’t on the tape, says she never would have let Diamond engage in his infamous “Dirty Sanchez” session with two women. But she’s adamant that Diamond didn’t use a stunt organ.

“That is all Dustin,” she says. “I would definitely know. I’m proud of my man.”
