Welcome back to the states, Blake Lively.  Mind if we take a lookskie at that Chanel quilted metallic blue  “Reissue” 2.55 bag?  You fancy, huh?

Lively, wearing a pair of high-waisted black shorts and a cream blouse, got back to work on New York set of Gossip Girl today.  She was joined by co-stars Chace Crawford and Leighton Meester (not pictured).  It looks like Crawford got himself a haircut.

In other GG news, Katie Cassidy (she played the morbid weirdo who tried to take Serena down) is going to star in an episode of Fox’s new show, New Girl.  According to E!, though Cassidy is only confirmed for one episode, she may come back for more.
