Here’s a riot of celebrities at the 17th Annual BAFTA/LA Britannia Awards last night. Tilda rightly won the British Artist of the Year award. If she hadn’t, the world would have stood still and she would have started firing the destructo-beams out of her eyes.
Sean Penn was also honored with a career highlight trophy. This is all just a warm-up for Milk which he’s probably going to snag the gold statue for because Hollywood loves when a burly, eccentric dude plays gay.
Everyone else seems to have behaved. By the way, Camryn Manheim supports Obama.
