Justin Timberlake, who is slated to host MTV’s Europe Music Awards, spoke about his upcoming hosting gig. From Reuters:

“The pressure’s not on me, it’s on the performers,” he told reporters at a news conference. “I’ll try to make MTV proud.” Timberlake will host the Copenhagen show, which features performances by alternative rockers Muse, rapper Diddy, retro rockers The Killers and R&B/hip hop singer Nelly Furtado. The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Madonna, Gnarls Barkley, Nelly Furtado and the Black Eyed Peas are among the nominees for the awards.

Go Team USA. That’s who we’re rooting for, right? Just one question, is Madonna competing for the U.S. or for England?
