Yesterday Jenna Jameson’s boyfriend and the father of her twin boys, Tito Ortiz, was arrested for domestic violence and Jenna reportedly had an injury. The media quickly showed up to her house where Jenna told them through tears that she is going to press charges against Tito. TMZ followed up with Jenna who said the two were arguing when she “said something very hurtful to his ego” and then he “threw me into the bathtub and tore two ligaments in my shoulder.”
In Tito’s camp, his attorney Chip Matthews denies the event saying “He did not put his hands on her, he did not hit her, he did not do anything her.” So how do they explain what what happened? There was, after all, a disturbance that led her father, Lawrence Massoli, seen in these pictures, to make the 911 call. Matthews held a press conference yesterday evening and, taking his turn to cry, claimed that Jenna, who has had addiction trouble in the past, is an Oxycontin addict and he “holds everything dear to his heart that Jenna be okay.” Tito allegedly found pills in Jenna’s pants pocket and confronted her. This led to her having an “emotional meltdown” and Matthews said that in “these cases” the drug user often plays a victim and people who use Oxycontin don’t have the best balance.
What? Where were the pills at the time of the arrest? And how does an emotional breakdown lead to falling in a tub? I was inclined to believe someone’s pants are on el fuego, but things get more complicated. Jenna told TMZ she hopes they work things out and when they tell her later about the press conference she’s stunned and seems out of it and not exactly wtf angry. At the press conference the UFC fighter gets choked up and runs out the the room when Mathews talks about his life with Jenna. Whatever is going on here this is one crazy relationship. Maybe she likes her Oxycontin AND he pushes, but I’m not sure what to believe yet. Someone ask Dr. Drew.
