Tom Cruise Does Canada, Eh?

December 9th, 2008 // 2 Comments

Tom Cruise is promoting his Nazis-trying-to-kill-Hitler movie (yeah, that worked) and he’s taken the press junket to our neighbors up north via his private jet. He stopped in at Much Music (their version of MTV) in Toronto and entertained the crowd by attempting to “smack that” like Akon (*cringe*) and judging the winner of a Risky Business contest.

Yes, two nubile young men donned pink dress shirts, socks and tighty whities and thrashed on guitars so Tom aka Santa Xenu could judge which one did the best impression of him at age 20 in Risky Business.

No word on what the judging criteria was in Tom’s mind, but it’s almost certain one of them was offered a tour of his “private jet” afterwards.

not to be a bitch but Canada actually has their own MTV just like almost every developed contry.
you might have caught the aftershow that airs in the US on Mondays.

Much is the older, slower and slightly autistic cousin of MTV.
