Only days after Eva Longoria filed her divorce papers in Los Angeles, Tony Parker has followed suit filing his own papers in Texas. Of course, the papers cited irreconcilable differences.

Parker lists the reason for the split in his petition,

“The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between the Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

Apparently, the fact that these two are filing in separate states mean they are battling for greater advantage in the proceedings. They also originally had a prenup, but it has not been specifically mentioned in the papers thus far. Another twist in the whole ordeal is Tony Parker’s use of teammate Brent Barry’s attorney. Parker was allegedly sexting with Barry’s wife. Sounds like the shit has really hit the fan with these two.
