The racy HBO series centering around Louisiana barmaid Sookie Stackhouse (played by Golden Globe winner Anna Paquin) and her encounters with sexy vampires and other supernatural beings is returning for a second season with a promo indicating that there’s plenty more intrigue in the Bayou to be had.

Real-life couple (on-screen and off) consisting of Paquin on her bloodsucking costar Stephen Moyer graced the red carpet at the 2009 Paley Center Festival, along with their castmates and the show’s creator Alan Ball.

Let’s hope this next season is just as averse to clothing as the first.
