New Moon is about to premiere like ANY SECOND NOW and Eclipse star, Xavier Samuel, is chatting up the sequel. That’s right, we’re already talking about the sequel to the sequel that HASN’T EVEN PREMIERE YET. We’re completely infected with Twilight fever over here.
In Eclipse, Samuel stars as young vampire, Riley, and recently we caught a glimpse of the Australian actor filming what is believed to be the opening sequence of the film. Xavier talked with Teen Vogue about his role by saying, “Playing Riley was cool–I get to boss around a bunch of newborn vampires. I had a really good time hanging out with everyone in Vancouver.”
Mostly, the cast was able to bond over their shared passion for music, Samuel claims. He tells the mag, “Playing Riley was cool–I get to boss around a bunch of newborn vampires. I had a really good time hanging out with everyone in Vancouver.”
The up-and-coming actor confesses that his celebrity crushes include Natalie Portman, “the obsessive fan Mel on Flight of the Conchords” and January Jones from Mad Men. Who knows? Maybe in a few years, he might just find himself dating one of those lovely ladies. Or months even.
