We’re not feeling this. Jimmy Fallon appears to be the top choice to take over for Conan O’Brien when he replaces that douche nozzle Jay Leno in 2009.
Can someone explain the Jimmy Fallon mystique to me? Is he really funny? Is it because he’s decent-looking? Is it a Dane Cook thing? If you’re 1/2 way decent looking you only have to be sorta funny but people live and die by you? And that damn soda commerical he did with Parker Posey. I almost eschewed mixers all together because of that. I could have died from alcohol poisoning!
He’s in that Vince Vaughn category. Possibly funny, but thinks he’s way funnier than he is. That lanky frat boy thing. Give it a rest and go back to doing cocaine in the bathroom stalls of East Village bars until the next bad SNL movie. Can Conan stay? Now, he’s funny.

Just watched “Factory Girl.” Throughout most of the movie, I itched to slap Fallon upside the head… Kinda like when he was the weakest link on Weekend Update. Tina Fey so carried that segment…
for some reason, I have this sneaking suspicion that Jimmy Fallon is really none other than Michael Jackson in the Hollywood witness protection program

The guy is not only NOT funny, he’s annoying.
His talent on SNL? Slipping out of character and cracking up at the skit he was performing in.

For some reason that I can’t remember, I ended up sitting through that dreadful Taxi movie he did with Queen Latifah. It was horrendous and I like bad movies. Just horrendous

Jimmy Fallon’s brand of “spazz humour” is about as funny as that of Gallagher’s and Robin Williams – NOT!!!!
Yay more people anti fallon! ICK, i can’t wait for leno to go, way past his prime, he’s just a sleeze ball and Fallon will become one over time… i think its like a rule, you can only have one good latenight host on a network at a time… Although I love Dave althought it might be time for him to exit as well :’( late night TV is only going downhill from here!

Maybe you were on vacation floating along with Rosie when NBC announced that Jay Leno was not going to leave afterall and that does not have the Tonight show in his back pocket.
That being said, Jimmy Fallon is a cuttie but could not carry a show like Conan or Jay’s tonight show.
This is 2007, by the time 2009 rolls around there will be a whole new set of players in the mix.
