There were rumors bubbling of trouble as this season’s premiere was pushed back in October and ratings dropped, and now it’s official. America Ferrara walks her dog buddy on location in Manhattan today for one of the last times, because this season will be the last for Ugly Betty.
The shows Executive Producer Silvio Horta and ABC President Steve McPherson announced today the decision was mutual and “want to allow the show ample time to write a satisfying conclusion” even though ABC reduced its episode order from 22 to 20.
What happened to Executive Producer Salma Hayek? Can she just waltz in front of them Silvio and Steve in something like this and forget all about rating shmatings?























Abc, you failed me. =( Ugly Betty was ONE my weekly show I was always looking forward to watching, and now IT’S GONE! Not a wise choice.. -shakes head in disappointment.
ABC has killed another show by messing with the schedule and changing the nights around, The show was a successful thursday show, why do these idiots a Abc think we want to hunt all over for our shows.
loved seasons 1 & 2. season 3 however was a big letdown. the current season is slowly improving, but i think that the show has simply ran its course.
