Blake Lively brought her own wind machine to the red carpet of the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood party. OK, that’s ridiculous. She actually just styled her hair to look perfectly windswept at all times.

Lively was joined by Gossip Girl co-stars Matthew Settle and her real-life boyfriend Penn Badgley at the event. Also making a strong showing was the cast of High School Musical. After celebrating Zac Efron‘s 21st birthday just the other day, he and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens showed up looking all cuddly and cute along with their buddies Ashley Tisdale and Monique Coleman.

A mopey, but attractive-looking Gavin Rossdale showed up wearing flannel. I love it! He’s getting all Jordan Catalano on us. Also, there was a lady there wearing a peacock dress.
