That is so freakin ghetto !!! No guy should buy his girl that unless she is a total fan of White Castle which I doubt but still Valentines day is the time to show your lover what they mean to you. You show that person how much you love them and how much they are worth to you. Buying your spouse a 49 cent slider shows that you really do not give a damn. White Castle is out to destroy relationships.
They are obviously marketing to the same people that McDonalds is. Case in point, the Quarter pounder w/cheese commercial where the black guy serves them as appetizers.
It is a very popular promotion at White Castle. My Mother-in-law is a GM in the Cincinnati area for White Castle and her store has a 5 hour time frame for this dinner and they have been booked solid for weeks.
