A mutual agreement was reached by Vanessa Hudgens and a music producer with whom she worked before she was a big star on High School Musical just two weeks before the lawsuit was set to go to trial.

Hudgens was accused of breach-of-contract in the suit by Johnny Vieira and his company Johnny on the Spot Productions, claiming that she owed him at least $5 million. However, Vieira tells press that the settlement reached was an “amicable resolution.”

And here is Vanessa, engaging in some retail therapy now that the legal fracas is behind her, which is exactly what I would do in that situation.
