Victoria Beckham celebrated her 37th birthday surrounded by family at Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills.  The mom-to-be was driven to the French restaurant by David and boys Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz in their Rolls Royce.  David carried a bouquet of yellow flowers for his birthday girl, pregnant with their fourth child (a girl!).

Beckham paired a purple silk dress from her own collection with high-to-the-sky Christian Louboutin heels, an oversized gold watch and aviators.  Romeo almost stole mom’s birthday thunder with a pair of smart-looking glasses.  The Daily Mail noted that last year the middle Beckham was in talks to start his own children’s sunglasses line.  The sharp, young whipper-snapper was #26 on GQ‘s best-dressed list this year.
